We are now accepting registration for 2010-2011!

REGISTRATION

Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We encourage parents to visit the school with their child before registration. There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. Please call the Preschool Director at 354-3000 to schedule your visit.

ENROLLMENT POLICY

For enrollment into St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool, the following criteria need to be in place:

St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool admits students of any race, color, religion, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the school.

SUPPLIES

The classroom supplies needed depends on the class your child will be attending. Supply lists are sent in the enrollment packets that are sent home during the summer. All children will need a book bag or backpack to transport school materials back and forth from school.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS

According to the State of Ohio Job and Family Services regulations every child must have a physical examination within one year of date of admission. All immunizations are necessary. The Medical Form is a part of the enrollment packet. A complete form must be on file in the preschool office before your child can attend school.

TRANSPORTATION

Parents are responsible to provide transportation to and from school. Each child must be signed in and out each day.

DISCIPLINE

We believe children can learn through positive reinforcement and direction. The teacher in each classroom is responsible for the guidance of the classroom. Parents are informed of classroom behaviors.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Parents are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s preschool experience. Parents are expected to keep informed of school activities by reading the classroom and school newsletters. Teacher will share the events each day at dismissal each day and will inform parents of ways they can be involved in the classroom. Daily communication is encouraged at arrival and departure.

CONCLUSION

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old
he will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6

With the cooperation of parents and teachers, children can and will learn the ways they can grow and develop in order to become loving members of God's world.
